HIIT & RUN

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is an incredibly effective way to work out and see the body composition and fitness results you want - the ultimate full body workout.

It is a cardio session which helps boost endurance, increase metabolism, regulate insulin levels, lose body fat as well as complement your strength development.

HIIT will help you burn more calories (up to 1,000 calories) both during and after your workout thanks to post-exercise oxygen consumption. The workout is a mixture of running/jogging plus rest periods combined with targeted exercise on the Fitbench, your own personal bench loaded with weights and functional workout equipment to suit your level.

Expect quick fire rounds of high-powered treadmill sessions and dynamic weight sequences. Alternating muscle focus to ensure the body gets a balanced workout and proper time to recover. Instructors will guide you giving beginner, intermediate and advanced speed options. Prepare to be mentally and physically challenged.
